Well baseball season has begun! Yesterday was Aydon's first game. It was cold and rained a little but I must say we had such a great time. The games are exciting this year! Aydon is really having fun. They have a great team and awesome coaches. The boys are so cute out there with tight baseball pants and adjusting their cup every few seconds. They all had to have half a pack of gum in their mouths too! (They have to look the part right!) We got hot chocolate and candy (healthy choice) I love that we finally are wearing blue & white instead of orange and black. (Although it makes laundry a little more difficult!)
This past week Aydon had to make a timeline of his life for a school project, so we were going through all of our pictures and baby books. WOW, where did the time go. I was reading the thoughts I had written down about the day he was born and Lauren started to cry, I asked her why she was crying and she said she it made her so happy that her eyes overflowed. A chip off of the old block. It is amazing how quickly time can get away from you. I know why we are told to keep a journal. I wish I had been better about keeping one daily. I hate how much I have already forgotten. But I will get better at both journaling and slowing down to enjoy each day. I have been terrilble about blogging lately, so I will have to do a marathon blogging session soon!

What a handsome baseball player. Here's to a great year!
It is fun watching him play! He had an AWESOME hit tonight! I am sure he had more but I don't get to watch the entire game. I am usually chasing a child or two :).
See you @ the ball field.

We are doing baseball too it is so fun! it is good to see a new blog from you!
I'm so excited for the start of baseball and already looking forward to the seasons end! I know that's terrible but it sucks when I'm solo dealing with my dirt magnets! Gavin is loving it and that's all that matters!
